Tucson, AZ in March or April

For the month of March, I am looking to go to Tucson, AZ. If you would like to come along or have some suggestions regarding the trip, please let me know. What should I do, where should I stay, where should I eat? Your opinions matter to me. Also, what is a better time to go - Mid-March to the end of April. I'm looking for a nice four-day weekend.
